An Exploration of Genetic Algorithm using DEAP: COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Optimization

This is an exercise in the exploration of the Genetic Algorithm as part of ECE 788: Computational Intelligence class with Prof. Qing Gary Liu at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. I explored the performance comparison of different parameters of the Genetic Algorithm working on COVID-19 vaccine distribution based on US population, county-level reproductive rate of the virus, case density, ICU headroom risk factor, and likelihood of death for each age groups.

The Burmese generals who ordered genocide today saw what the world would do to a criminal that has murdered tens of thousands of people and turned a million people into refugees. Mostly nothing!!!

I believe in free markets. I believe in and respect the legality of the 2nd amendment as long as it exists. But as we all know, there is a gun problem in the United States. The problem is not the loose availability of guns. I believe the problem is the externalities of guns.
